  • Yes! If you prefer a clean, open setup, you can opt to exclude the backdrop. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll tailor the setup to your vision!

  • Our team arrives at least 1 hour before your event to ensure a smooth setup. The service time starts only when the booth is ready for use!

  • Absolutely! We personalize your photo strips (5×15 cm), or 10×15 cm prints with your graphics, names, date & messages.

  • The Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) video captures candid moments of your guests having fun at the photobooth. A second camera angle records the excitement and laughter, making your event feel even more immersive and memorable. You’ll receive the finished video within 3 days after your event, so you can relive all the fun moments right away!

  • No problem! You can extend the photobooth service for €100 per additional hour, ensuring everyone gets their moment captured. Just let us know in advance or on the day of the event!

  • To secure your booking, we require a 30% deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining 80% is due one week before your event.

  • We understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. Please note that the 30% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

  • You will receive a high-quality digital album of all your event photos within 24 hours. We provide a secure link for easy access and sharing with your guests.

  • Yes! Every package includes an on-site customer service rep to ensure everything runs smoothly and your guests have a seamless, fun experience with the photobooth.

  • We offer a Choice of Black & White or Color photos for your event. Let us know your preference when booking, and we’ll set up the booth accordingly to match your vision!
